By using and shopping on our website ( you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, please read them carefully. As a company registered in Greece we comply with all National and European Regulations pertaining to our buisness.

Customer Care

We care about our customers and your positive experience. If you have any problems with our website, using it, the information on our website or there is something that doesn't feel right please feel free to contact us directly using the Contact Form, or directly e-mailing us. We will aim to get back to you as soon as possible and usually manage to do so within 1-2 days.

Privacy & Safety

Here at The Greek Olive Estate we don't use your personal information for anything other than providing our products and services to you. We may ask you to provide information like your name, e-mail, and your delivery address for purposes of delivery of products and contact. We don't sell your information. We don't store any sensitive information and use outside services like PAYPAL and STRIPE to process payments. We couldn't charge your card even if we wanted to! :)

Any services we have or may develop like newsletters will always have an opt-out option from your My Account page, if you have any concerns, feel free to contact us.

Payment Terms

We accept multiple forms of online payment as well as direct payment to our bank account. We consider your order paid when the funds have entered our account. If you have made a payment directly to our bank account feel free to email us the payment slip so we can prepare your order for delivery as soon as payment clears our bank.

Our prices are subject to change without notification but never after your order has already been completed. 

Delivery Terms & Returns

We will arrange for you order within 2 working days of having received confirmation of payment. Our courier company picks up from our warehouse latest at 15:00 on working days. Orders made after 15:00 will count from the next working day.

Delivery terms are dependent on the method of transport used. The customer is responsible for providing accurate information in terms of address and contact information. If these are incorrect we do not have any responsibility for your delayed products. 

We use FEDEX-TNT Courier company, courier companies may be affected by things outside of our control. We will always inform you if there has been an issue with delivery times. The customer accepts that package from the Courier. If the package is damaged the customer can refuse to accept the damaged package from the Courier. 

Contact us if you think there is a problem with the product you received. We will do everything within reason to provide a replacement or refund.

Customs, Tax & VAT

We charge Greek VAT of 13% on all retail sales of our olive oil. VAT is included in the price of the product and is clearly marked on receipts that accompany the product. Some countries may choose to hold products at Customs in the country of delivery. All of our contact information is on our receipts and we can provide any additional information that the specific Customs officers from each country may require. Please feel free to contact us if you have any queries or are having trouble receiving your product. 

Disclaimer & Warranty

The Greek Olive Estate does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this website or the server that makes the website are free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the products in this website in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise.
