Here at The Greek Olive Estate, our goal is to produce Natural, Organic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil high in healthy Olive Oil Polyphenols. We have produced the highest level of polyphenols worldwide for 4 out of the last 6 years and are the only company that consistently produces olive oil with over 2000mg/Kg Total Polyphenols with some of the highest levels of specific phenols like Oleocanthal, Oleacein and Ligstroside found in olive oil. We bottle our olive oil based on the polyphenol content and intended use!

* NMR is the method used to measure each phenol specifically and is recognized as the most accurate method of measuring polyphenols. HPLC is a standardized method commonly available in many food labs around the world which is cheaper and less accurate. The ratio between the two is not always the same and can vary heavily depending on the specific phenols in the olive oil because HPLC does not measure them all. We categorize our olive oils based on the NMR analysis because the research around the health benefits of olive oil has used and uses this method or equivalent methods to measure the specific phenols inside olive oil.
